Our Story
RKM Insurance Services was founded by Rick Miller after a deeply personal experience in 1999, when a fire from a neighbor's house engulfed his home and burned it to the ground, leaving nothing behind. Because Rick was not insured properly at the time, he had to rebuild his life from scratch.
This painful life experience made him want to be proactive about making sure this type of tragedy didn't happen to others — leading him to become an agent who cares for each individual client, supports the community, and has fun along the way.
Today, RKM Insurance Services is a new-age agency with 8 locations across Illinois. As an independent agency, we offer a choice of multiple insurance carriers, coverages, and prices. We have grown to be the highest 5-star rated insurance agency with the most recommendations in the Midwest.
